Church Tactical Solutions helps churches develop and maintain security teams, while training team leaders to mentor and build relationships among the team members. CTS owner, Jeff Pokrant, imparts his extensive career experience in law enforcement and church leadership to develop courageous safety teams which are tactically effective, relationally strong, and spiritually sound. At CTS we show your team leadership how to develop and lead your security team spiritually, relationally, and tactically.

About Jeff
Husband. Father. Patriot.
As a pastor and retired law enforcement officer in Arizona, Jeff brings 16-years of church pastorship and 20-years of law enforcement experience to the table.
As part of the pastoral team, Jeff and his wife helped start an Assemblies of God church in northeast Tucson, in 2005. There, Jeff put together and led an armed special-response team for the church while providing leadership to the worship team and the children's department.
As a law enforcement veteran, Jeff's background is in municipal patrol operations, supervision, training, crisis intervention, threat mitigation, department accreditation, policy management, campus policing, school resource policing, and hostage negotiations on the SWAT team. As a state-certified police training instructor at his department and in the police academies, Jeff has taught officers and cadets in defensive tactics, impact weapons, use-of-force, high-risk vehicle stops, and BolaWrap. Jeff holds an associate degree from Pima Community College and will soon have his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arizona.
Jeff’s training and experience in church leadership and law enforcement enables him to train your team from a perspective on both sides of the house. Jeff knows what church leadership wants from their security teams and he knows what church security teams need to thrive and perform effectively.
